Flint Hill Vineyards hosted the sucessful grand opening of the Century Kitchen on August 16th 2007. The Century Kitchen at Flint Hill Vineyards is a partnership between Tim and Brenda Doub, owners of Flint Hill Vineyards and Chef Sean Wehr. Century Kitchen is a full service fine dining experience serving dinner Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 5PM until 9:30PM. Brunch will be served on the first Sunday of every month from noon until 3PM. Services also include a catering facility for dinner parties, small corporate affairs and other private gatherings.

Century Kitchen is serving a diverse, seasonally inspired menu supplied by the best of local farmers. Additionally, The menu offerings are designed to complement the flavors, aromas and textures of Flint Hill wines.

Chef Wehr has been praised by food writers for combining traditional ingredients in fresh ways and finding nuances of flavor and texture that pair well with local wines.  John Batchelor, Food Writer for the Greensboro Record wrote in his November 24th 2003 review of Chef Wehr's previous work, “The meals I experienced ranked among the most sophisticated I have experienced in the Triad.”

Now that construction is complete, Century Kitchen will employs 10 full and part time employees all committed to showcasing the best of what Yadkin Valley has to offer to the world of food and wine.  Most importantly, however, offering residents and visitors to Yadkin county access to good food and fine wine, in a beautiful and relaxed setting.

Flint Hill Vineyards is located on land that has been in the family for over one hundred years, earning the Century Family Farm designation from the United States Department of Agriculture. 

Our wine tasting room is open to visitors on Thursday and Fridays from 12:00 until 6:00 pm, Saturdays from 12:00 am until 5:00 pm and on Sundays from 1:00 until 5:00 pm.
